The official language of the ICMST2015 is English. Keynote address will be 30 minutes (25 minutes presentation + 5 minutes questions).Regular oral presentation will be 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes questions).The presentation file must be in a Microsoft PowerPoint PPT or PDF. The venue will make provision for electronic presentation via a computer and data projector.
The presenters are advised to finalize your presentations well in advance. Please handover your presentation file via E-mail to the respective session secretary at least one day in advance of the presentation day.
Presenters and the chairpersons of each technical session are urged to meet in the respective session venue 15 minutes before the start of the block of presentations.
Your name badge is your entry to welcome reception, all technical sessions, lunches and post conference tour.
Delegates will receive all prebooked tickets at registration. Tickets are required for Welcome Reception, Conference Buffets. If you have misplaced or not received your tickets, please see the staff at the registration desk.
Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere at the conference venue.
As a courtesy to all delegates, a laser printer will be available at the registration desk.
Xuzhou is now in late spring. The temperature ranges from 15℃ to 25℃, according which you can arrange your luggage. You can bring a business suit for attending the evening banquet.

China has a voltage of 220 Volts and 50 Hertz and uses plugs that are common to Australia, New Zealand andmany other countries. If you visit China and wish to bring electric devices for use during your stay, a transformer, which can be bought in China for CNY100-200, is necessary. Most of the hotels in China have both 110V and 220V electrical outlets in the bathrooms.
